These terms apply to the One Star Review website at onestar.travel and to the publishing tools we operate for our own channel. One Star Review is an independent, non-commercial project.
The website
The website and its content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Our content
The videos, text, artwork and characters of One Star Review — including the hosts Allegra and David — are our intellectual property. You may watch and share links to our published episodes through the platforms we post on; you may not reproduce, resell or claim our content as your own.
The publishing tool
We operate a self-hosted tool to schedule and publish our own content to social-media accounts we own or control. It is used only by us, for our own accounts. We confirm that we are authorised to post to every account we connect, and we are responsible for the content we publish and for complying with each platform’s terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Star Review is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our tools.
